Instructional Models

Choose your Instructional Models from the Menu for your School Team.
- Instructions: Schools pick from a menu and any teacher may choose models from menu to start with for first 6-8 weeks of implementation.

Next Steps: School PL Team to lead your teachers in a model selection workshop. Teachers provide the rationale for their model selection. Consider how you will keep track of who is implementing what model and for how long. Consider using a Google Form to gather feedback from teachers.

Communication Expectations to be completed and shared by August 22, 2016:

Create/update your first parent newsletter to highlight PL at your school.

Create a plan for Back to School Night and messaging for teachers to share with parents.

Consider what ongoing communication ​you will continue throughout the year and who will own the messaging. Also begin planning for how you will update your school website.
